Terms of Service
1. By commissioning me you agree to everything written here.
2. Make sure to give me any necessary information and directions in full detail before I start. Additional requests given after I start may be subject to an additional fee.
3. All prices are listed in USD. My preferred payment methods are Payoneer or Wise. Other than those I accept Paypal or Amazon Japan gift cards. I am unable to use Paypal invoices at the moment but it will get resolved soon.
4. I will not start working until I receive at least half or full amount. In the case the commission is cancelled before I start working, I will give a full refund. In case the commission is cancelled after I start working on it, I will give a partial refund (or a full refund if I am the one that cancelled the commission). No refunds will be made for a completed work in any circumstances.
5. I accept unlimited minor revisions free of charge. For major revisions, I will apply an additional 25% to the final price.
6. When you use the final work, credit me as "Juudenki" in the description and add a link to either my Youtube, Twitter or both.

7. I may to add the final work to my public portfolio and stream my working process unless you specify otherwise.
8. I may delete the files related to your commission a while after I deliver the final work.
9. I am a full-time student and would appreciate some leniency with the deadlines especially around exam times. No matter what my real life circumstances are, I promise to deliver the best of my ability with every work.
10. The listed prices are for non-profit works, but monetization is up for discussion.
MIX: Please give clear recordings free from background noise as much as you can. Make sure the lines are not clipping, not overlapping, and there are no effects applied. Send your lines in 24bit .wav format, mono.
Send the on vocal and off vocal files along with your recordings.
The final product will be a .wav file. Let me know beforehand if you want an acapella mixdown.
LYRICS: Please give me the instrumental version of the song, a melody guide for the vocals, and you lyrics or ideas (if you have any).
The final product will be a Google Docs file that includes the kanji and romaji of the lyrics, and a .wav vocal pronunciation guide either sung by me or a Vocaloid. An English translation will be added for original lyrics.
